The Caddo Sheriff's Re-entry / Transitional Work Program Facility serves eligible people approaching release in a structured setting. CPSO sources trace the program to an opening in 2009, later use as the Northwest Regional Re-entry Facility, and renewed activity in 2026. Those descriptions show a local re-entry function near the Caddo Correctional Center complex. They do not turn placement into a completed release.

A participant may have approved movement for work or programming and still be under CPSO or Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections authority. That is custody with controlled access, not unrestricted community status. The most reliable proof is the final CPSO or DPS&C record that gives the actual discharge, parole release, good-time release, or another recognized release action. If the only record says the person moved from CCC into transitional work, the custody chain continues.

Building location can help locate a person, but the legal custodian determines which record can certify the outcome.

Confirm Caddo Re-entry Release

Silently choosing an older street number could send a visitor to the wrong door within a large correctional complex. The phone check should ask for the present entrance and whether the office can receive the particular records or visit request.

No direct facility telephone or public lobby schedule was established in the reviewed sources. The CPSO main contact is therefore the safe routing point, not a claim that it is a dedicated program line. Do not infer visitor access, pickup locations, release hours, or transportation arrangements from CCC practice.

Caddo Re-entry State Releases

A parole or probation entry signals a community-supervision status, which is different from imprisonment and different again from full discharge.
